Regular Lawn Care Maintenance Includes:

Comprehensive Lawn Care Programs

No matter the size of your property, preserving its curbside appeal can be a challenge. Don’t avoid it because you don’t have the time and know-how in proper lawn care strategies. Schedule an appointment with us, and our experts will make sure that your lawn receives the proper care and maintenance it deserves.

Grub Control
Grubs are thick worm-like larvae that feed on the various root systems thriving in your yard. They attract moles, which will do anything to get their fill of grubs. The best way to avoid grub-induced lawn damage is to administer grub control. A single application is usually all it takes to get rid of the grub population thriving underneath your lawn.

Aeration and Overseeding
Aeration involves mechanically removing plugs of soil to manage soil thatch and enhance the air and water circulation of your lawn. It minimizes soil compaction which improves turf density. Once the soil is aerated and primed for seeding, we can spread high-quality grass seed throughout the entire lawn.

Questions About Our Lawn Care Services?

Here are some of the answers to the most common questions about our lawn care services.

Great question! When the weather is not co-operating, we will still make every effort to service your property. We may not be able to mow the grass due to the possibility of damage, however we are still able to trim shrubs, pull weeds, and do any other necessary tasks to ensure your property is properly maintained.

No. Many times, when we can not mow one week, the following week becomes much more difficult and takes more time because we are now having to mow slower, and or even double cut. So any time that may have been saved from the previous week will be used to ensure your yard is cut properly.

No. We understand that sometimes grass does not grow much between mowings, however a properly cared for yard will require frequent mowings. The reason is that you only want to take off ⅓ of the blade each week for optimal health of the grass. However there may be times where the grass is stressed and, at least parts, may not need mowing. When this does happen we will still be able to service the property, as there is always shrubs to be pruned, weeds to be pulled, sticks and trash to be removed.

Great question! With our company, this has never happened before, and as the founder, I do not ever want to see this happen. We do everything in our power to ensure this is avoided. One way we do this is to ensure our people are not overworked. Typically most in our industry have their people work 50 plus hours a week, our philosophy and goal is to have them work 40 hours a week. They occasionally work 45 to 48 hours per week. We want them to be able to enjoy their family as well. Another way we do this is to make our work weeks 4 days instead of 5. What this allows is a make up day at the end of the week.

Good question! It is a one time charge, or fee to clean up the property of various items such as overgrown shrubs, trees, removal of debris such as leaves, sticks and branches, and various other items that need to be addressed before we take on services. Again, this fee is one time, that would include all labor, materials, and any removal fees associated with this service.

No. We require credit cards on file. Our office staff do not have access to your card information is secured using 128 bit encryption, so your information stays private.

No, we do not ask for contracts, it is month to month, and just ask for a written notice to cancel services. If services are canceled before we service your property we will issue a refund of any credit not used.

No - we do not, we use mulching mowers which is much better for the lawn and helps with fertilizing.

No, we do not as we recommend weekly service to ensure the ideal health and appearance of  your lawn

You can, but why would you when it is included in your service. We do this to ensure that your shrubs are properly pruned at the appropriate time to ensure your yard looks great all year long.

Again, yes you can, but why would you when it's included in your service. We do this to ensure your property looks good every time.

Due to scheduling and availability constraints we do not offer one time lawn care services. We have found that limiting the number of one-time services performed allows us to deliver a more reliable and higher quality service.
